U-Star Management Limited t/a Clipstar operates a Premium Rate Voting System and enables users who are registered on the website www.clipstar.com and members of the public who are not registered to vote for the videos entered into the Clipstar talent contest (all videos entered into the Clipstar talent contest are located at www.clipstar.com only).
You (Registered User or Member of the Public) may vote for the video of your choice that has been entered into the Clipstar talent contest as many times as you like during such times that the Clipstar talent contest is open (for details of start and end dates please see our Terms and Conditions) and by using the Premium Rate Voting System provided by Clipstar.

U-Star Management Limited t/a Clipstar ("company") offer users and members of the public the opportunity to vote for their favourite videos in the Clipstar.com online talent competition. If you are a resident either in the UK or US and are using a mobile phone which was is contracted within these same locations you may not only able to take advantage of the paid for voting opportunity online, but also use your mobile phone to vote via prsms (text message) in the united states and by either prsms (test message) or prts (telephone) in the United Kingdom.
Votes cast appear online at clipstar.com. You will need to have obtained the correct uvidc (unique video identification code) in order to cast a vote for a certain video. In order to obtain the uvidc for the video that you would like to vote for go online to Clipstar.com and the uvidc code is located and displayed next to the video player. For clarity each uvidc is unique and there are no duplications, however, you will need to ensure that you enter the correct uvidc code when voting by prsms (text message) or by prts (telephone) or your vote may not be cast or not be cast correctly.
If you have any issues casting a vote in the clipstar.com online competition please email: vote@clipstar.com stating the nature of your issue, your full name, email address and the telephone number used to cast the vote so that if necessary a member of our team can contact you by phone. Clipstar aims to respond to messages sent to vote@clipstar.com within 72 hours of the email being logged as received.
If you have an urgent issue concerning voting please feel free to call our customer service number which is in operation weekdays only between 8am – 6pm (EST) in the United States (United States customer service calls are toll free if called from a US landline) and 10am – 4pm (GMT) in the United Kingdom (charged at standard rate from UK landlines. Calls from mobiles may cost considerably more). Inquiries from customers based outside of the US and UK should call the UK number between the hours of 10am – 4pm (GMT) for service. If you call outside of these operating hours a message service is made available. Please leave a message stating the issue your are experiencing along with your full name and a contact email address and telephone number and a member of our customer service team will review your message normally within 72 hours of your issue being logged. Refunds policy for premium rate votes
U-Star Management Limited t/a Clipstar operates a premium rate voting system and enables users who are registered on the website www.clipstar.com and members of the public who are not registered to vote for a number of videos of their choice in the Clipstar online talent contest. Registered users and members of the public who are not registered with Clipstar are able to use the Premium Rate Voting System to vote for videos as many times as they wish but does so under these Terms and Conditions.
If for any reason you would like to apply for a refund after using U-Star Management Limited t/a Clipstar’s Premium Rate Voting System please do the following:
TO APPLY FOR A REFUND:
Send an email to refunds@clipstar.com Your email should include the following information:
a. Your Full Name
b. The telephone number of the phone you used when using the Premium Rate Voting System
c. The Amount in Great British Pounds or United States Dollars that you are applying to have refunded
d. The reason(s) that you believe you are entitled to a REFUND
e. A contact email address and contact phone number which may be used by Clipstar to contact you regarding your refund application
If you do not have an email address you may also apply for a refund by writing to Clipstar and providing the information requested above (points a, b, c, d and e) in your letter. Please send postal refund application to: Premium Refunds Team, Clipstar, 1 Hulme Place, The Crescent, Salford, Manchester, England M5 4QA.

All refund applications will be subject to review and are usually reviewed within 72 hours of the application being logged as received. Applying for a refund does not mean that you are entitled to a refund of any amount and the decision to refund any monies paid by the use of Clipstar’s Premium Rate Voting System are at the sole discretion of Clipstar. You will be notified of the decision concerning your refund application following its review.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
