part of my 45 minute warm up before I dance. It is very important that every single muscle in your body is completely stretched and warmed up before you start any structured dancing. If this is not done - you can have damage to muscles, tendons, ligaments and back injuries. The 45 min warm up is a fun but useful tool to make sure I am ready to dance at my best without injury.
